These charts are no longer available in printed form (or any other for that matter), and here is why:
William Krasner <rensark1@gmail.com> came to me in 2016 to have me develop a VITP OB Chart replacement in full color. I didn't have time to do it so I provided him with my color artwork and some pointers on the layout. He pretty much copied the original Avalon Hill layout for the sheets, added the variants, and developed one additional variant of his own. A month later he pointed Sean Chick my direction for counter development of the Plan Orange material and using my artwork for the ships again, he laid out that set of OB Charts. I agreed to make them all free downloads from this website.
Roll forward 8 years, 3 website code upgrades, and 4 server migrations and the download links have been lost. I'm not sure how long they have been missing. Over these years I had two customers ask for them to be printed on cardstock and laminated, so to facilitate them ordering the charts with other items I added the printed charts to the website.
Well, Noble Knight is also a big customer of mine and without them, I'd probably have shut down by now. They usually buy 2 of everything and have probably ordered 4 sets of each. Mr. Krasner doesn't like seeing "His" charts being offered for sale on Noble Knight's website and no free download on my site. I'm not really sure which issue is the larger with him, since he doesn't seem to read the emails I send him. Perhaps he is not checking his spam/junk folder since emails from "sales" addresses are not treated well by ISPs.
He demands that I stop listing "his" material on my website for sale now, and the only way I can get him to understand the situation is to post this information here, like this, in a public forum. That's his choice since he can't read my replies to his emails.
I ought to tell him to get a lawyer (if he can afford one at $500/hr these days) since the ship artwork is mine to begin with and copying Avalon Hill's original layout format is really not an original work. But in this case, I will just develop my own OB charts for these and he can go pound sand.
