Victory in the Pacific counters finished!

This project took a while, because we wanted to do it right. All the ships have historical silhouettes now. In preparation for the WAS counter re-make, the national colors have been changed. US is still blue, and Japan is still red, but the British are tan, and the French will be blue, the Germans Grey, and Italians light green. The damage markers have a better distribution of needed numbers based on AREA play testing, and all the variants from the various General magazine articles have been included.
